Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu Institute of Pharmacy (SVBIP) has two branches of admission in M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance), the programme is aimed to create trained and competent Research Scientist. Both Program leads to specialization in formulation development and optimisation of variables which are essential for manufacturing conventional and novel drug delivery systems. Formulation of dosage forms has proven to be a powerful area in research to surmount various difficulties in formulation of new chemical entities. So, this area has got tremendous research and development application in industry and moreover it has the ability to adjudicate various queries in the field of pharmaceutical science. Departmentsare well equipped as per the norms equipments like Spray dryer, Tablet compression machine, Dissolution test apparatus, Disintegration test apparatus, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), UV Spectrometer, IR Spectrometer, High speed homogeniser, Coating machine, etc. to meet the challenges of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Research and Development, Formulation and Development, Quality Assurance and Quality Control of formulations and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) along with also other aspects of Pharmaceutical Industry with Global Standards.
SVBIP offers M. Pharmacy in
- Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics: 15 seats
- Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance: 15 seats
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should have passed B. Pharm with 55% for (General Category); 50% for (SC, ST, SEBC and EWS) or equivalent grade, from Indian Universities. The candidate will have to appear in the GPAT, the score card of GPAT is valid for 2 years as per norms of ACPC.
Candidate whom have not qualified in GPAT has to appear forPG Entrance Exam (PGCET) conducted by ACPC and should have valid score in PGCET.
Admission Procedure:
- For admission, a candidate should have valid score and validity in GPAT / PGCETas per norms of ACPC.
- Admission Procedure as per ACPC.
- Visit SVBIP for direct admissions.
